A flaw with the browser Google Chrome has been identified to interfere with payment systems such as this CCS Pay site. When you use the auto-fill option offered on Google Chrome it can remove information previously selected and may cause issues which may result in a failed payment attempt. If you use Google Chrome as your browser please do not use the auto-fill option when attempting to make payments.


This is a one time payment only. The payment screen will show the amount currently due on the account. That amount cannot be changed using this feature. This amount will not include any late fees that may have been assessed. If you wish to pay a different amount, you will need to make your payment by mail, telephone, or by coming into one of our numerous branch locations. This on-line payment can be made from a checking or savings account and will be processed electronically as an ACH.

In order to use the on-line payment option, you will need to know the loan number, last name of the primary account holder, and the last 4 digits of the primary account holder’s social security number. Once you enter the loan number, last name, and last 4 digits of SSN, your loan information will appear with due date and amount due.  You will then be prompted to enter the routing number for the bank that holds your deposit account as well as the checking or savings account number for which you wish to debit. 

If the electronic payment is returned unpaid by your financial institution for any reason, the payment amount will be charged back to your loan on which you are making the payment. You may also be assessed a fee by your financial institution for returning the check. 

Payments received prior to 3:00 p.m. Central Time will be posted the date of entry (unless a weekend or holiday, then payment will post the next business day).  Payments posted between 3:00 p.m. Central Time and 12:00 a.m. Central Time will be applied to your account on our next business day.

Important Reminder:

There may be a 24 hour processing delay and late fees may be assessed depending on your loan payment due date. If you have reached the end of your grace period today, you may avoid late fees by calling 888-651-7466 before 5:00 p.m. Central Time and using the option to make your loan payment by phone with a debit or credit card or stop by one of our branches to make a payment in person.  Please refer to our website under Customer Service tab for our locations and business hours.
